Winter Tuff Tray - Build a Snowman

I set this up for Ollie & Phoebe last December - super quick & easy and they got lots of play out of it.

White play dough with loose parts - googly eyes, star sequins, brown & orange pipe cleaners and a sign - 'Wanna build a snowman?'

We did this in the tuff tray but you could just use a table.

They made several snowmen who we then built a winter wonderland tray for the next day but they came up with their own creative ideas too. 

Phoebe made a snitch (we can't escape Harry Potter in this house!!) and Ollie made a giant candle with orange pipe cleaners for the flames. The candle had melted one snowman but the other snowman in the picture above had been protected by the gate!
