Maths Smash!

Phoebe has been practising her 2, 5 and 10 times tables in Maths this term so I set up this tuff tray as part of our Superhero theme day.

A small ball of play dough next to chalked numbers and Phoebe had 90 seconds to 'smash' the answer to as many times table sums as possible. Ollie then had a go too with harder sums.

This could be used to practice colours, letters, phonics or spellings too. Make sure you have very soft play dough and as heavy a hammer as the child can safely use for a satisfying smash!!
