Yoghurt & Fruit Bark
Our oven is currently broken and my kids love baking with me so when I saw this idea on Instagram I had to try it!
It was so simple - pour yoghurt into a tray, spread it out and add some chopped up fruit - we used strawberries and grapes. Put it in the freezer for a few hours then chop it up to eat.
This would be so refreshing on a hot day and we all enjoyed trying a different type of pudding. The fruit was a good choice, the grapes were really delicious cold. We used greek yoghurt which Ollie & Phoebe prefer to the more sugary flavoured childrens yoghurts but I think a flavoured one would have actually worked better with the coldness. We are going to have another go but putting flavoured yoghurt into lolly moulds with smaller chunks of yoghurt - will let you know how it goes!
